Show up on time.
Your window starts when it starts.
Your rental clock starts at your scheduled pickup time. Arrive a few minutes early to park and get organized. We'll pull your machine, run the walkthrough, and have you rolling with time to spare. Showing up late means shorter riding time — we can't extend your return window for other renters already booked.
If something legitimate delays you, call us as soon as you know: 877-274-3366. We work with people who communicate. We can't help people who show up and explain.

Rushed riders make mistakes.
Build 30–45 minutes of cushion into your return. Mountain afternoons bring afternoon thunderstorms, rides take longer than the map suggests, and the last hour of trail always looks tempting to extend. Come back with time on the clock and you'll return relaxed. Cut it close and you'll spend the last 20 minutes stressed — which is exactly when people make avoidable mistakes on the trail.
